Isaiah Welch-Novels

Isaiah Welch-Novels is an artist based in Rochester, NY. His work includes being a guitarist/vocalist/composer in his band Pena and a guitarist in the Rochester noise-rock/sludge band PUNT. Some of his influences are Rob Crow, Wendy Eisenberg, and Daisuke Tobari. You can often find him working at Rochester's local music store, Sound Source.
